Permitted luggage on board

To help you enjoy a stress-free journey, here is some useful information about transporting your luggage:

On board the ZOU ! trains

  • You must carry and place your own luggage in the designated areas
  • It must not obstruct traffic or endanger other passengers
  • It must be labelled with your first and last name
  • Its transportation is free of charge

On board ZOU ! buses and the Chemins de Fer de Provence railway line

You may bring the following items free of charge:

  • One small piece of luggage (less than 10 kg, max. 45 cm) to keep on your lap. Animals in cages or carriers do not count as luggage and must also travel on your lap
  • One suitcase or travel bag (max. 100 cm) or ski equipment in a cover, to be stored in the hold or in the designated racks

If you wish to travel with a second piece of luggage or more, you must purchase an additional ticket from your bus driver at a cost of €5 per piece of luggage.
