Disability and accessibility

ZOU ! offers a free assistance service to help you get around the station and on board.

By bus and on the Chemins de Fer de Provence railway line

  • To travel on ZOU ! buses and the Chemins de Fer de Provence railway line, and to ensure you receive the best possible service, we recommend that you make a reservation at least 36 hours before your departure by contacting customer service.

In ZOU ! trains

  • A free assistance service is available upon reservation (see below) to help you travel on ZOU! trains.
  • To ensure a stress-free journey, please arrive 30 minutes before your train's departure at the "Assistance Voyageur Handicapé" (Disabled Passenger Assistance) reception point. Our team will be there to accompany you to your seat on the train.
  • Upon arrival, our team will collect you from your seat on the train and accompany you to the station exit, a taxi rank or your seat on your connecting train.

Who is the station assistance service for?

  • Holders of a priority card (mobility inclusion, disability, war veteran or war pensioner)
  • Wheelchair users
  • People with reduced mobility

Note: The assistance service is not a service for passengers with pushchairs, nor is it a luggage carrying service.

How do I book assistance at the station?

Accessibility of railway stations

It is recommended that you check whether your station is equipped before travelling so that you can prepare for your journey as well as possible. Check online for the accessibility equipment and services available at your destination station (lift and escalator data updated).
