Frequently asked questions

• M’tickets purchased via the old ZOU ! app (before 6 July 2026) are no longer valid. You’ll soon be able to buy your new e-tickets via the new Allez ZOU ! app
• Your subscriptions and PASSes remain valid until their expiry date
• ZOU ! train tickets are still valid for the date and direction specified

Your access remains valid, but will not be displayed on your new ZOU ! account.

Only registrations made on or after 6 July 2026 will be visible on your account.

Your seat booking is still valid, but it will no longer be visible on your new ZOU ! account. Please refer to your booking confirmation email.

Only seat bookings made after 6 July 2026 will be visible on your account.

A parent can buy a ticket for their child, and a teenager can also buy their own ticket. All you need to do is purchase a QR Code e-ticket from the catalogue. You do not need to enter your age for this type of ticket.

If you already had an account on the old ZOU ! website (before 6 July 2026), it will no longer be valid. We invite you to create a new account using an email address and a secure password.

If you have purchased the PASS ZOU ! Études 2026/2027 PASS, you can reuse your login details to access your ZOU ! account.
