Please bring the following documents with you:
- A recent colour passport-sized photo, taken with your head uncovered, with your first name and surname written on the back
- A legible photocopy of your proof of identity (national identity card, passport, driving licence)
And receive your Carte ZOU ! straight away.
Note: If you have paper tickets, remember to take them to a ticket office at the station to have them transferred onto your personal Carte ZOU !
