- find a route,
- consult timetables, including in real time,
- subscribe to alerts from your favorite line,
- buy a single ticket (full price) – excluding TER,
- validate it on board – outside TER.
Attention ! Your smartphone ticket is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Purchasing tickets on a smartphone has many advantages:
- Easy : At hand 24 hours a day, your smartphone becomes your ticket support,
- More information : No need for cash, payments are made securely by credit card on a secure server,
- Ecological : By using a smartphone ticket, it's less paper for the planet!
Practical arrangements :
- Download the ZOU App! on Apple Store or Google Play,
- Create a personal ZOU account! or log in with your ZOU portal credentials!
- Access the services of the ZOU App!
- To buy a ticket, click on "Buy" and filter the desired transport network,
- Select your ticket and pay,
- After payment, your e-ticket is archived in "My tickets",
- On the day of travel, open the ZOU!>my tickets app, select your ticket and validate it using the QR-code on board the bus.
