How do I pay my fine?

Have you been fined whilst travelling on ZOU ! transport? Here’s how to pay it, depending on your journey.

Paying a fine issued on board a ZOU ! bus

Good to know: if you pay your fine directly on board, to the driver or ticket inspector, you’ll benefit from a reduced rate. After this point, the fine may be increased if it isn’t paid on time.

Paying online

Have you received a fine on a ZOU ! bus? You can pay it directly online via the link provided on the fine notice.

Go to the website mentioned on your fine notice
Have your case number or the fine reference to hand
Pay by credit or debit card

Paying by post

You can also pay your fine by cheque or postal order:

Make your cheque payable to the payee named on the fine notice
Send it to the address provided, along with the payment slip
Don’t forget to pay by the deadline to avoid surcharges!
