ZOU ! account
To create your ZOU ! account, simply go to the Account page and click on the "Create an account" button. You’ll need an email address and a secure password
Have you forgotten your password? Simply:
- Go to the Account page
- Click on the "Log in" button
- On the login page, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link
- Enter your email address
- A password reset email will be sent to you
- Change your password
- You can now log in!

Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit/debit card (online, at ticket machines and in branches),
- Cash (at ticket machines, on board buses and in branches),
- Cheques (in branches only).
To pay for your yearly subscription, you can choose to pay:
- By monthly direct debits (between the 8th and 12th of each month). At the time of payment, you will be asked to sign a SEPA direct debit authorisation electronically.
- In cash or by credit/debit card (the full subscription amount).
