You can benefit from the Carte ZOU ! Solidaire if you are in one of the following situations:

• You have no income
• You receive benefits (from Pôle Emploi, Sécurité Sociale or other agencies)
• You are a European volunteer
• Your Quotient Familial (or equivalent) is less than €800

To benefit from this card, you must submit an application with the following supporting documents:

• A photocopy of the front of your identity document (national identity card, passport, driving licence or residence permit)
• A recent passport photo, taken from the front, with your head uncovered, in colour
• Your latest tax notice
• If you are a European volunteer, an international volunteer certificate issued by the Région Sud

Prepare all the required supporting documents beforehand.

• Note: if any of the documents are incorrect, incomplete or non-compliant, your application will be automatically rejected. You will then have to submit a new application.
