Yes, if:

• Your CAF Quotient Familial (or equivalent) is between €601 and €800 per month
• You are eligible for ASPA (Allocation de Solidarité aux Personnes Agées)

Yes, if:

• Your CAF Quotient Familial is less than or equal to €600 per month
• You receive AAH (Allocation aux Adultes Handicapés) or AEEH (Allocation d'Éducation de l'Enfant Handicapé)
• You are a European volunteer

After registration, it takes between 10 and 30 working days to review your application and send your card. You will receive an email informing you whether your application has been approved or rejected.

In order to take advantage of the reduced fare, you must have your Carte ZOU ! Solidaire. Until you receive it, you will need to purchase a ticket at the standard fare.

You will need to provide the following documents:

• A photocopy of an identity document – front side only (national identity card, passport, driving licence, residence permit)
• A recent passport-sized photo
• For CAF and MSA CSM benefit recipients, a payment certificate issued within the last 3 months showing the Quotient Familial (QF) and the beneficiary’s name
• For AAH, AEEH or ASPA benefit recipients, a payment certificate from your relevant organisation issued within the last 3 months stating the beneficiary’s name
• For others, your latest income tax notice

Your Solidaire or Solidaire+ profile is valid for one year and cannot be changed during this period, even if your circumstances change.
