I am a recipient of ASPA, AAH or AEEH benefits
Everything you need to know about registration
If you are an ASPA (Allocation de Solidarité aux Personnes Agées) recipient, you are eligible for the Carte ZOU ! Solidaire.
This card offers you a 50% discount on your ZOU ! bus and train tickets.
If you are an AAH (Allocation Adulte Handicapé) or AEEH (Allocation d'Éducation de l'Enfant Handicapé) recipient, you are eligible for the Carte ZOU ! Solidaire +.
This card offers you a 90% discount on your ZOU ! bus and train tickets.
To benefit from this, you must submit an application with the following supporting documents:
- A photocopy of one side of your identity document (national identity card, passport, driving licence or residence permit)
- A recent passport photo, taken from the front, with your head uncovered, in colour
- Either a pension payment certificate less than 3 months old mentioning the ASPA and the name of the beneficiary
- Or an AAH or AEEH certificate less than 3 months old mentioning the name of the beneficiary
If your QF (Quotient Familial) is less than or equal to €600/month, you can provide a payment certificate from the CAF (or MSA, or CSM) instead of the ASPA. You will then benefit from a 90% reduction instead of 50%!
