The Région Sud has been awarded the national "Services Publics +" label (Silver Level) by the Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation (DITP).

The “Services Publics +” certification recognises the exceptional commitment of public services and their staff to improving the quality and efficiency of public services. It applies to public transport services that interact directly with users, in particular the ZOU ! customer service team.

This distinction is tangible recognition of our teams’ commitment to:

  • Simplifying, clarifying and modernising regional public services.
  • Making procedures more accessible and efficient for all residents and users of ZOU ! Buses and Trains.

  • 89% found it easy to locate the contact details for the Région
  • Over 80% say they are satisfied with the response times to their enquiries
