Disruptions
Disruptions to your journey are reported in real time:
- On the website, under "Getting around" > "All real-time traffic information"
- Coming soon to the Allez ZOU ! app:
- Under the "Traffic and network information" section
- Via notifications if you have added favourites to your ZOU ! account
If your bus has been delayed or hasn’t turned up, you can:
- Contact ZOU ! customer service via the form
- Call 04 13 94 30 50 (open every day from 7am to 8pm, local call rates apply)
Timetables and maps
You can view the real-time timetables:
- On the website under the "Getting around" > "Timetables" section
- Coming soon to the ZOU ! app
- On the display screens at stations.
You can also check the bus timetable sheets.
Bus network maps are available on the ZOU ! website under the sections “Getting around” > “Timetables” or “Getting around” > “Timetable sheets”.
Your ZOU ! tickets
- Your ZOU ! Proximité bus ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Once scanned, it remains valid for 90 minutes.
- Your ZOU ! Express bus ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, in the direction indicated. Once scanned, it remains valid for 180 minutes.
