You can order one online via your transport portal or using the form, or by visiting a ZOU ! sales point.

In the event of loss or deliberate damage to the card.

In the event of card malfunction, theft or non-receipt.
Good to know:
- SNCF and Chemins de Fer de Provence ticket offices do not issue replacement PASS ZOU ! Études
- Whilst awaiting your replacement PASS, you must travel with a valid ticket
- No refunds will be issued whilst you are waiting for your new PASS
