It offers unlimited travel on ZOU ! and Chemins de Fer de Provence buses and trains from 1 September to 31 August, including weekends and school holidays.
It also includes journeys on ZOU ! buses to the departments of Ardèche, Drôme, Gard, Isère and Monaco.
The PASS ZOU ! Études offers unlimited travel on ZOU ! buses and trains from 1 September to 31 August, including weekends and holidays, for journeys to school or for leisure outside urban networks, metropolitan areas and the TGV.
It allows travel on ZOU ! buses (school buses – subject to certain conditions, inter-city buses and regional express routes) and trains (TER SUD and Chemins de fer de Provence lines) on the ZOU ! network.
Please note! Don’t forget to download a €0 ticket for a TER journey.
You can check your Quotient Familial by logging into your personal account on the CAF website (or equivalent), then going to the "My certificates" section > Payment certificate.
Please note! Your payment certificate must be dated within the last 3 months.
A photocopy of an identity document – front side only (national identity card, passport, driving licence, residence permit)
A recent passport-sized photograph
For CAF or MSA CSM beneficiaries, a payment certificate issued within the last 3 months showing the applicant’s full name and QF
For AAH, AEEH or ASPA beneficiaries, a payment certificate from your relevant organisation issued within the last 3 months, stating the beneficiary’s name
For others, your latest tax assessment notice
The Solidaire or Solidaire + profile is granted for a period of one year.
You will not be able to change your profile during the year, even if your income circumstances change.
A dedicated customer service team for the ZOU ! Solidaire card is available on 04 86 88 50 50 (local call rate) from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
ZOU ! Malin
It is a personalised digital discount card, sold for €20 a year. It gives you a 30% discount on 1-journey bus or train tickets, including for a travelling companion.
Simply show your digital card or IATA ticket to the driver or at the ticket counter on board the bus, and they will issue you with a discounted ticket.
