Please note: the surname, first name and date of birth provided when you created your card must match those provided when you created your new ZOU ! account.

No. With the exception of the PASS ZOU ! Études, you must create a separate ZOU ! account for each of your cards.

You can buy your train ticket directly on the TER SUD website or on the websites of ZOU !’s partner agencies.

Your ticket is still valid, but is no longer visible in your new ZOU ! account. Please refer to your purchase confirmation email.

M’tickets purchased before 6 July 2026 on the old ZOU ! app are no longer valid.

You can buy the new e-tickets (which replace M’tickets) on the website and, soon, via the new Allez ZOU ! app.

Your subscriptions and PASSes will remain valid until their expiry date. To ensure they appear in your ZOU ! account, simply link them in your personal account.

A parent can buy a ticket for their child, and a teenager can also buy their own ticket. All you need to do is purchase a QR Code e-ticket from the catalogue. You do not need to enter your age for this type of ticket.

Your access remains valid, but will not be displayed on your new ZOU ! account.
