In cases of shared custody, only one parent needs to complete the registration and pay the full fare. The child will be able to use their Pass ZOU ! Études to travel between the two homes, regardless of the frequency of the shared custody arrangements.

The second address must be declared at the time of registration.

Your ZOU ! personal account is your main user area on the ZOU ! website or app. It allows you to enter and view your personal details, view your purchases, and manage your profiles and all your subscriptions.

For all procedures relating to your Pass ZOU ! Études, you’ll need to use the transport portal. This account, which is created automatically and linked to your personal ZOU ! account, allows you to submit applications for new passes, replacements or renewals.

You can access your transport portal directly from your personal account.

Once your application has been approved and payment has been received, your Pass ZOU ! Études will be sent by tracked post to the address provided within 15 days.

For enrolments for the 2026-2027 academic year, everyone must create a new account (even if you already had an account the previous year) in order to register or renew your Pass ZOU ! Études.

The subscription must be taken out by an adult.

To make transport more accessible, the Région offers the following discounts:

• For low-income families: a half-price pass at €45 per year for families or pupils whose family income quotient is 800€ per month or less,
• For large families: a half-price pass at €45 per year from the third child holding a Pass ZOU ! Études. To benefit immediately from the sliding-scale discount, the Passes for all siblings must be purchased at the same time.

If purchases are made at different times, the discount remains applicable for all three children, in the form of a deferred refund.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email containing your card’s tracking number. Please check that the address you provided when registering is correct and ensure your name is displayed on the letterbox. We also recommend that you check the delivery status of your card in your transport portal.
