Help with registration

For the 2026-2027 academic year, the new website requires everyone to create a new account (even if you already had one last year) in order to register or renew your PASS ZOU ! Études.

Please note
The application must be made by an adult. For a student who is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must submit the application.

The personal account

This is your main user area on the ZOU ! website or app. It allows you to:

• Enter and view your personal details
• View your purchases
• Manage your profiles and subscriptions

The transport portal

The transport portal is used for all procedures relating to your PASS ZOU ! Études. This account, which is created automatically and linked to your personal ZOU ! account, allows you to:

• Submit your subscription applications
• Submit requests for replacement documents
• Submit renewal requests

You can access your transport portal directly from your personal account.

To register, you’ll need a valid email address and a password.

If you are unable to create your account, you can:

• A photocopy of your identity document (or other document issued by an official authority): national identity card, passport, etc.
• A document proving enrolment for the 2026/2027 academic year (enrolment certificate, student card, apprenticeship contract, proof of payment of enrolment fees, proof of admission to a course, civic service contract, etc.)
• A passport-sized photograph (35 x 45 mm, full face, bare head, plain background, in good condition)
• For families eligible for the half-price fare (family income quotient of €800 or less per month): A payment certificate from the CAF, the MSA or the Monaco social security funds (CSM) stating the Quotient familial (QF) and the full name of the PASS ZOU ! Etudes holder, dated within the last three months.
• For recipients of the Allocation d’éducation de l’enfant handicapé (AEEH): a payment certificate for the AEEH stating the Quotient familial (QF) and the full name of the PASS ZOU ! Etudes holder, dated within the last 3 months.

The required documents to apply for a PASS ZOU! Études must be submitted directly via the registration form or via your transport account if you need to add to or amend your application: click here to log in.

If you are a university student and are unable to register online, you can print out this form, fill it in and hand it in, along with your supporting documents, at a ZOU ! sales point from mid-August 2026. Don’t forget to bring your supporting documents!

If you are unable to print the form, please visit a ZOU ! sales point, where a paper form will be provided.

If you are in primary school, lower secondary school or upper secondary school and are unable to register online, you can print out this form, complete it and post it to customer services at the following address:

You can buy your PASS ZOU ! Études online from 17 June 2026 to 31 May 2027.

You can buy your PASS ZOU ! Études at ZOU ! sales points from mid-August 2026.

It may take up to 10 days to process your application during busy periods.

You can track the progress of your application directly via your transport portal or through the emails you receive. If you haven’t heard anything following your application, you can:

To make transport more accessible, the Région Sud offers discounts:

• To low-income families: a half-price pass at €45 per year for families or students whose Quotient Familial (QF) is 800€ per month or less
• To large families: a half-price pass at €45 per year from the third child holding a PASS ZOU ! Études. To benefit immediately from the discount, PASSes for siblings must be purchased simultaneously. If purchases are made at different times, the discount remains applicable for all three children, in the form of deferred refunds.
• To beneficiaries of the Allocation d’éducation de l’enfant handicapé (AEEH)

If your application is incomplete, you will receive an email asking you to send the missing documents.

If you’re having trouble making a payment, please check that your credit or debit card is valid.

Once your application has been approved and payment received, the physical card for your PASS ZOU ! Études will be sent by tracked post to the address provided within 15 days.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email with your card’s tracking number.

If you haven’t received your card, please check that the address you provided when registering is correct and ensure your name is displayed on the letterbox.

We also invite you to check the delivery status of your card in your transport portal.

For any online registration completed before 30 September 2026, payment by credit card can be made in 3 instalments:

• €90 fare: €30 on registration, then €30 the following month and €30 in the final month
• €45 fare: (QF ≤ €800): €15 upon registration, then €15 the following month and €15 in the final month

If paying in three instalments, you must ensure that your credit card does not expire within the next three months.

Regardless of the registration date or the duration of use, the full amount of the pass must be paid.

If you subscribe by post, payment in three instalments is not available.

In the case of joint custody, only one parent needs to complete the application and pay the full fee. The child will be able to use their PASS ZOU ! Études to travel between both homes, regardless of the frequency of the shared custody arrangement.

The second address must be declared at the time of registration.

You can request a refund in certain circumstances:

• A change of address or educational institution rendering the PASS ZOU ! Études unusable (the change must take place within a maximum of 30 days after 1 September or 30 days after the date of registration for the PASS ZOU ! Études if this is after 1 September)
• Death of the holder
• Non-use of the PASS ZOU ! Études for more than 90 days due to health reasons
• Transport network error (the planned journey falls within the network of another Transport Authority)
• Registration error that wrongly authorised the purchase of the PASS ZOU ! Études
• Changes to the transport service making the PASS ZOU ! Études unnecessary or unsuitable for more than 90 days
• Other unidentified cases resulting from an error in the registration system, where applicable

You can submit your refund request using the form. Upon receipt of your request, your refund application will be processed within 45 days.

You can complete the registration(s) online for a child staying with you. When choosing the fare, select the following option: "This application concerns a user in a care facility or with a host family (€90 fare)".

Once your application has been processed, you can pay online via your transport portal using a credit or debit card.

You are eligible for the discount. However, foster children are not taken into account when calculating this discount.

You can complete the registration(s) online. When selecting the fee, choose the following option: "This application is for a child in foster care or with a foster family (€90 fee)".

You must submit all applications for the organisation before proceeding to payment.

Childcare providers pay the full amount for their application(s) by bank transfer once all the paperwork has been completed and processed.

Bank details and an invoice covering all subscriptions will be sent to you once the provider’s applications have been processed.

It is important to submit all applications at once so that payment can be made in a single transaction. A single bank transfer must cover the total amount due.

If the transfer does not match the amount shown on the invoice, it will be refunded and the transaction will be cancelled. For accounting reasons, the application will remain on hold until a correct, lump-sum transfer is received.
